Exhale Spa is located on the seventh floor of the Loews Atlanta Hotel in Midtown. It’s a “destination for total transformation” that offers a boutique gym experience along with a full-service spa. Guests can take a variety of fitness classes, including Barre, Yoga, and HIIT, as well as indulge in spa therapies like massages, facials, and waxing. The facilities also feature a detoxifying Hammam, sauna, and steam rooms.
