The Wren’s Nest is a historic house museum in Atlanta, once home to famed African American author Joel Chandler Harris, best known for his “Uncle Remus” stories. Located in the West End neighborhood, the Wren’s Nest offers visitors a glimpse into Harris’s life and literary contributions, as well as the history and culture of the time.
