Welcome to Discover WAYA, operated by SIS-TECH GLOBAL INC and its affiliates (“Discover WAYA,” “WAYA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Discover WAYA website, mobile experiences, communications, directories, event listings, recommendations, promotions, memberships, and other products or services we may provide (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Discover WAYA, creating an account, submitting information, purchasing a product or service, registering for an event, joining a membership, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. ABOUT DISCOVER WAYA
Discover WAYA is a lifestyle discovery platform designed to help users discover businesses, events, experiences, destinations, promotions, and community opportunities.
Discover WAYA may feature businesses, event organizers, venues, creators, sponsors, community partners, and other third parties. Unless specifically stated otherwise, inclusion on Discover WAYA does not mean that a third party is owned, operated, controlled, or legally endorsed by SIS-TECH GLOBAL INC.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Services that require registration, payment, or acceptance of these Terms.
Certain events, offers, venues, products, or experiences may have additional eligibility or age requirements. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those requirements.
3. ACCOUNTS AND USER INFORMATION
Certain features may require you to create an account or provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, location, preferences, or other information.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
4. EVENTS, BUSINESSES, LISTINGS AND THIRD-PARTY EXPERIENCES
Discover WAYA may help users discover or access events, restaurants, venues, businesses, products, services, promotions, and experiences provided by third parties.
Information regarding third-party businesses and events may change without notice, including pricing, availability, operating hours, event times, menus, policies, age restrictions, and other details.
Unless Discover WAYA expressly identifies itself as the provider of an event, product, or service, the applicable third party is responsible for fulfilling its offering.
Users should confirm important details directly with the applicable business, venue, organizer, or service provider before making travel arrangements or purchases.
5. PURCHASES, RESERVATIONS AND TICKETS
Certain Services may allow you to purchase tickets, memberships, experiences, promotions, advertising, listings, or other products or services.
Additional terms, refund policies, cancellation policies, or purchase conditions may be displayed at checkout or in connection with a particular offer. Those additional terms become part of your agreement with us when you complete the applicable transaction.
Third-party purchases or reservations may also be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.
6. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND PARTNER OFFERS
Discover WAYA may provide promotional codes, discounts, giveaways, complimentary experiences, member benefits, or other partner offers.
Unless otherwise stated, offers may be limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued and may be subject to availability, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, or third-party restrictions.
Discover WAYA is not responsible for a third party’s failure to honor an offer, except where required by applicable law.
7. USER CONDUCT
When using Discover WAYA, you agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent or misleading information, violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Services in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable law.
8. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
Discover WAYA may allow users to submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, recommendations, event information, business information, or other content.
You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting content to Discover WAYA, you grant SIS-TECH GLOBAL INC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve Discover WAYA and its Services, subject to applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and grant this license.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Discover WAYA’s branding, logos, designs, graphics, original content, software, databases, compilations, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to SIS-TECH GLOBAL INC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of Discover WAYA intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without authorization, except where permitted by law.
SMS MARKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SIS-TECH GLOBAL INC and its affiliates (“We” or “Us”) are offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these SMS Marketing Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US.
10. USER OPT IN
The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages or other marketing and informational communications by opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms or by texting a keyword to one of our phone numbers, including a traditional 10-digit phone number, toll-free number, or short code.
You may be required to respond to confirm your opt-in.
Regardless of the opt-in method you used to join the Program, you agree that these Terms apply to your participation in the Program.
By participating in the Program, you agree to receive text messages, including automated text messages, at the phone number associated with your opt-in.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
While you consent to receive messages and calls sent using an autodialer, this shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any of our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”), and you and we agree that the system we use to send our messages is not an ATDS.
11. USER OPT OUT
If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to these Terms, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, REMOVE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPT OUT, or ARRET to a mobile message from us to opt out of the Program.
You may receive one additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out.
You understand and agree that these opt-out options are the designated methods for opting out of the Program.

13. COST AND MESSAGE FREQUENCY
SIS-TECH GLOBAL INC does not charge you for Program messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan.
The Program involves recurring mobile messages. Message frequency may vary depending on factors including your interaction with Discover WAYA, your preferences, promotions, events, and informational communications.
14. MMS DISCLOSURE
The Program will attempt to send SMS terminating messages if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.
15. MOBILE PROGRAM DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Program is offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
The Program may not be available in all areas and may be affected by changes to products, software, devices, wireless coverage, carrier services, or other circumstances outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in the receipt of mobile messages associated with the Program to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
16. PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
To participate in the Program, you must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, use a participating wireless carrier, and have a wireless service plan that supports text messaging.
Not all wireless providers or devices may support all Program features.

Your participation in the Program is also subject to applicable privacy practices described in that policy.
18. EMAIL AND OTHER MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you provide your email address or otherwise opt into marketing communications, Discover WAYA may send you information regarding events, recommendations, offers, memberships, partners, platform updates, and other Discover WAYA services.
Where required, marketing emails will provide a method for unsubscribing from future marketing communications.
Transactional, administrative, security, or account-related communications may still be sent when necessary.
19. PRIVACY
Your use of Discover WAYA is also subject to our applicable Privacy Policy.
We may collect and process information necessary to operate the Services, communicate with users, process transactions, personalize experiences, maintain security, measure performance, and comply with legal obligations.
20. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Discover WAYA may contain links to websites, ticketing platforms, reservation services, social networks, payment processors, businesses, or other services operated by third parties.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, availability, or performance.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Discover WAYA and the Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee that every listing, recommendation, promotion, event, price, business detail, or other piece of third-party information will always be accurate, complete, current, or available.
Nothing provided through Discover WAYA should be interpreted as a guarantee regarding a third-party business, event, venue, product, or experience.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIS-TECH GLOBAL INC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
This includes, where legally permissible, losses arising from third-party businesses, events, venues, products, services, cancellations, delays, or user interactions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIS-TECH GLOBAL INC and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
24. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES OR TERMS
We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
When appropriate, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
25. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of the Services when reasonably necessary to protect Discover WAYA, our users, third parties, or our legal rights, or when these Terms have been materially violated.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
26. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with applicable privacy policies, purchase terms, event terms, membership terms, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and SIS-TECH GLOBAL INC regarding the applicable Services.
